Zone-based detection suitable for smaller buildings or lower-risk areas. Cost-effective, simple to operate, and straightforward to maintain - with panel-level zone indication adequate for buildings where room-by-room identification is not required.
Point-level identification of every detector and device on the loop. In a large factory or multi-floor commercial building, the control panel tells you exactly which detector on which floor has triggered - minimising investigation time and false-alarm responses significantly. The preferred system for any complex or high-risk building.
Aspirating detection technology that actively draws air samples through a pipe network and analyses them for trace smoke particles - detecting at pre-alarm concentrations, long before a fire develops. Unlike conventional point detectors that wait for smoke to reach them, VESDA provides the earliest possible warning in critical environments.
VESDA - Very Early Smoke Detection full details →- FM200 (HFC-227ea): Fast-acting, compact cylinder requirement, suitable for most enclosed spaces. Requires post-discharge ventilation.
- NOVEC 1230 (FK-5-1-12): Environmentally preferred option with very low atmospheric lifetime. Suitable for occupied spaces and high-value asset protection.
- INERGEN (IG-541): Inert gas blend of nitrogen, argon, and CO₂. No decomposition by-products. Suitable for normally occupied areas.
Commercial kitchens generate grease-laden vapours that create a significant fire risk in duct and hood areas. We install wet chemical kitchen hood suppression systems that automatically detect and suppress fires in cooking appliances and exhaust hoods - while simultaneously shutting down gas supply and cooking equipment.
For smaller enclosed equipment such as electrical panels, CNC machines, transformer enclosures, and generator compartments, tube-based (direct and indirect) fire suppression systems offer a compact, self-contained solution that activates automatically - without external power or a control panel.
Fire hydrant systems provide the water supply infrastructure for manual firefighting. We design and install internal and external hydrant networks - including underground ring mains, terrace-level tanks, fire pumping sets, hose reel cabinets, and landing valves. Hydraulic design calculations are provided and drawings are prepared suitable for fire NOC submissions.
- Automatic sprinkler systems remain the most effective large-area fire suppression technology available. Each sprinkler head activates independently at a preset temperature - only the heads in the immediate fire area discharge, limiting water damage to the fire zone.
- We design and install wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems in accordance with TAC (Tariff Advisory Committee) and IS 15105 norms. System type is selected based on occupancy, ambient temperature, and risk classification.
We design and install IP-based and HD-CCTV surveillance systems for a wide range of applications - perimeter monitoring, shop floor oversight, parking management, entry/exit recording, and general premise security. Our installations include camera selection (fixed, PTZ, fisheye, bullet, dome) based on coverage requirement, NVR/DVR configuration, remote monitoring setup via mobile and PC, night vision and low-light options, and integration with access control and BMS where needed.
- Access control goes beyond locks. A properly designed access control system tells you who entered, where, and when - and prevents unauthorised access to sensitive areas without confrontation.
- 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥:
- Proximity card and smart card readers
- Fingerprint biometric readers
- Face recognition access terminals
- PIN-based and multi-factor combinations
- Multi-door networked systems with centralised management software
- Time-attendance integration for HR/payroll systems
- Integration with fire alarm systems - door release on alarm
For residential societies, office premises, and gated communities, we supply and install video door phone systems that provide two-way audio-video communication between visitor and resident or reception. Options include single-tenant units, multi-tenant lobby panels, and mobile-connected systems with remote door release capability.
PA systems serve dual purposes in most buildings - daily communication and emergency evacuation. We design and install systems that comply with IS 7572 and integrate with fire alarm control panels for automatic pre-recorded emergency announcements when an alarm triggers. For buildings where fire evacuation is a regulatory requirement - hospitals, schools, large commercial spaces - voice evacuation systems are increasingly being specified by fire authorities and insurers.
- Fire alarm outputs and event mapping
- Access control events and door status monitoring
- CCTV feeds with alarm-triggered recording
- HVAC control - automatic shutdown on fire alarm
- Lighting control and energy metering dashboards
- Automated cross-system response protocols

Common Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most from facility managers, builders, and project teams in Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
We provide complete turnkey services - design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation. We do not just supply equipment. Our proposals include a project schedule, drawing set, and commissioning report.
Yes. We work with builders, architects, and MEP consultants from the design stage - providing fire alarm, suppression, hydrant, and sprinkler layouts that are compliant and ready for fire NOC submission to Gujarat Fire & Emergency Services.
Yes. We have experience with hazardous area classification and can specify intrinsically safe or explosion-proof detection equipment appropriate for Zone 1 and Zone 2 classified areas in pharmaceutical, chemical, and petrochemical plants.
A standard office floor can be commissioned within a few days. Large industrial or multi-building projects are planned in phases and typically span several weeks to months. We provide a detailed project schedule as part of our proposal at no obligation.
Yes. We provide AMC services for all major fire alarm brands and systems regardless of who originally installed them. Our engineers assess the existing system condition and provide a service plan accordingly.
A fire alarm system detects smoke, heat, or flame and alerts occupants to evacuate. A fire suppression system actively extinguishes or controls the fire - using water (sprinklers, hydrants) or clean gas agents (FM200, NOVEC 1230, INERGEN). Most buildings require both systems, serving different areas based on occupancy and risk level.
